In my lab, we are studying how microbial communities in the human nose, lung, skin, and gut promote or inhibit chronic diseases and cancers. Using Biolog’s anaerobic chambers and TruPRAS media, we’re able to consistently grow fastidious anaerobes with ease and obtain more reliable data than we were previously seeing with gas jars.
