Alice Feng

Chief Financial Officer

Alice Feng serves as Biolog’s Chief Financial Officer. She most recently was the CFO of Lunaphore Technologies SA where she led a successful exit to Bio-Techne.  Previously, Ms. Feng held the CFO and other executive positions at Scripps Research in San Diego. 

Prior to joining Scripps Research, Alice worked with Scripps Health and Aetna as the Senior Director of Corporate Development, where she led all aspects of M&A including due diligence, deal structure, valuation and negotiation. Prior to that, she spent over 11 years in investment banking, initially with Merrill Lynch, and later with a boutique investment bank, Morgan Joseph. She has executed over 35 transactions with total deal value of ~$45B.

Early in her career, Alice worked in academic research laboratories studying genetics and volunteering in local hospitals.  She received a B.S. in Business Economics and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
