A Fully Anaerobic Workflow for Phenotyping Obligate Anaerobes with Odin in an AS-500 Chamber

Obligate anaerobes are crucial members of the human microbiome and environmental communities, but they are also among the most sensitive organisms to study in a laboratory environment.

In this application note, we show how we utilized the Odin VIII inside the AS-500 Instrument Module, to keep the entire Phenotype MicroArray workflow within a fully anaerobic environment.
